Sidely collects the e-mail addresses of people who communicate with us by e-mail and information that is provided voluntarily, for example when registering or participating in a survey. Sidely also collects anonymous, aggregated user activity data for analytical purposes. The user data we collect is never personally identifiable and is used to improve Sidely and the quality of our services. We only collect personal data that is necessary for the operation of our services, and we store it only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Sidely uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and associated technologies needed to run Sidely. Although Sidely SAS owns the code, databases and all rights to the Sidely application, Customers retain all rights to the data, including but not limited to text, documents ("your data"). If an individual is invited to use Sidely by a Customer as a User, Customer retains control over the data uploaded or generated by the user.
Our Customers may have their own policies regarding the use of data uploaded or shared on Sidely.
We will never share your data with third parties without your prior permission, and we will never sell your data to third parties. In the case of third party service integrations, when you connect third party applications to Sidely, you authorize Sidely SAS to share the information and data you create and/or upload to our server with those third party services of your choice on your behalf. We are not responsible for how third party integration services may collect, use or share the information/data you send from Sidely. It is important that you are aware of the privacy policies of the integration partners before connecting these services to Sidely.
We may disclose anonymous, aggregated usage data for promotional or analytical purposes.
